There are a lot of dumbbell and body weight exercises for mma. Body weight exercises will include push ups, dips, pull ups, and lots of free squats. As for dumbbell exercises, there are a lots of them like, presses, bench press, bent over rows, and lots more. The thing about training for mma is that it has to be constant. This means doing one exercise, and moving to another straight away without rest. This is done so that your muscles get used to continual work and improve their levels of endurance. Dumbbell swings and overhead presses are really effective in MMA training. It helps with your flexibility and strength. Of course the normal dumbbell workouts, dumbbell curl, dumbbell bench press, and dumbbell rows. Also lunges with dumbbells, oh and bur-pees with overhead dumbbell press is a really awesome full body workout. Stationary squats are effective, as are jumping jacks, or regular lunges, push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups are all great body weight exercises. Leg lifts, scissors, in and out leg swings are also great for the core. Push-ups can be done in 3 different variations, to get the maximum benefit. There are of course normal push-ups, then plyopush-ups, and shuffle push-ups. All will give you a great chest and arm workout. Hope this helps.
