Question: How to convince my parents to let me do boxing or mma?

Just ask them if you can try it to see if you like it and to show them that it's not that bad. my son is in mma and he started when he was 4 yrs old and now he's 7 yrs. old, he likes it and i don't push him to do it or not to do it, but i also know that he can get hurt but that is just expected
